What if I’m not satisfied? Can I get a refund?
We understand that design preferences can vary, and our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your logo. Here’s our refund policy:
1. Revisions
Before considering a refund, we offer revisions to adjust the design based on your feedback. For the Basic package, you receive up to 3 revisions, and for the Standard and Premium packages, you get unlimited revisions. This ensures we can work closely with you to fine-tune the design to your satisfaction.
2. Refunds
If, after several revisions, you’re still not happy with the results, we will review your case and may issue a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
- For projects where the design process has already started, refunds will not cover the entire amount since resources and time have been invested in your project.
- If no significant progress has been made, a full refund may be granted.
We are committed to working with you to ensure you receive a logo that meets your expectations. If you’re not satisfied at any point, please communicate with us so we can resolve any concerns!

- Fill out the logo order form – once you decide to purchase a logo, complete our Microsoft logo order form (use the Order Now button on the logo packages above). This form allows you to specify all the necessary details and preferences for your design.
- Payment – you can make a 50% upfront payment or pay the full amount if preferred. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the project. We request this upfront payment to prioritise your project and allocate the necessary resources to ensure we create a high-quality design for you.
- Invoice – after receiving your payment, we will send you an invoice detailing the scope of the work to be completed.
- Design process – we will begin designing and present you with either 3 or 6 logo concepts, depending on the package you’ve chosen. From there, you have 3 options: choose 1 logo as your final design; request edits on a selected concept; or request a completely new design (3 revisions for the Basic package, unlimited revisions for the Standard and Premium packages).
- Final touches & delivery – after finalising the logo, we will make the necessary final adjustments and incorporate your design into any additional marketing materials included in your package. Your finalised logo will be delivered within 24 hours, or a maximum of 3 days.
